  • What time is check-in or check-out?

    Check in time is 3:00 PM on your arrival date. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the morning of your departure. If you can start a load of towels, remove all trash from the unit, leave the key on the table and the door unlocked that is greatly appreciated.

  • How much of a deposit is required to reserve a property?

    All reservations require a refundable security deposit. On RV lots the refundable security deposit is always $100.00. On homes the amount of the refundable security deposit depends on if the Property Damage Waiver of $45 is accepted or not. If you purchase the $45 damage waiver then the refundable security deposit is only $100.00.. if you DO NOT wish to purchase the $45 Damage Waiver then the refundable security deposit is $1500.00.

  • How much are taxes and are there any other fees?

    Taxes are 12.5% on top of the rental amount. All reservations have a $75 processing fee. For homes there is an additional $150 for the housekeeping fee and possibly the damage waiver of $45 depending on your choice of security deposit options.

  • What type of payment methods are accepted?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Both credit and debit cards are accepted.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made 60 days prior to your arrival date there will be a $100 cancel fee. Reservations cancelled after the payment in full date..the rental monies will be held until the unit/lot is re-rented for that time frame. Guests are encouraged to purchase 3rd party rental / trip cancellation insurance.

  • Is it possible to stay less than seven nights?

    Yes, you may rent for less than seven nights. During certain times of the year a 5 or 7 night stay is required. If you are unsure please check with the office before booking.

  • Do I save money by booking on this website?

    Yes. By booking a property directly through our website not only are you guaranteed the lowest price available, but you also do not have to pay any additional booking fees. We pass the savings onto you as the guest!

  • How much of a deposit is required to reserve a property?

    Typically a $100 Refundable security deposit is taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. If the rental is made within 60 days of check-in, the full amount is due upon reservation.

  • How do we get into the unit?

    We open and inspect the unit the day prior to your arrival. The door will be unlocked and the key will be in the unit.

  • Are the properties pet friendly?

    We offer both pet friendly and non pet friendly options. You can filter for your preferred property type on the “Browse Vacation Rentals” page. Pet Friendly units will display a PAW print in the upper right hand corner of the unit page. Max 2 pets in the park but some units only allow 1 pet. If you are unsure please check before booking.

  • What is provided in the kitchen?

    The kitchen is stocked with all major appliances (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker) and cookware (cutlery, glassware, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc).

  • Is there a washer and dryer inside the unit?

    Most units have a washer and dryer inside the unit, while the others have them available at the bath houses located throughout the park. You can see which units have an in-unit washer and dryer by clicking on the property.

  • Is there wireless internet in the unit?

    Most units offer free WiFi. If the unit does have WIFI it will be listed under the unit amenity tab.

  • Is parking included?

    Yes parking for 1 vehicle at the unit is permitted. Some units do have a short driveway. If you are unsure if your vehicle will fit please contact the office prior to booking. If you arrive and your vehicle will not fit in the driveway you will be required to park your vehicle in the overflow parking lot inside the park at a rate of $5 per night.

  • What is your smoking policy?

    Smoking is not permitted inside any of our units. If smoke is detected in the unit there will be a minimum $250 cleaning charge applied.

  • Will we receive a refund in the unlikely event of a hurricane?

    Yes, in the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation order you would receive a refund for the nights you are not able to use the property. Otherwise, refunds for bad weather are not provided.
