Enjoy beautiful ocean water views from this stilt 2 bedroom / 2 bath home that sleeps 6 with a 56' seawall.  Very well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living and dining areas. Sleeping accommodations include a Queen size bed in the Master bedroom with a TV and DVD player, the Guest bedroom has a queen size bed with TV and DVD player and there is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.  Additional amenities include a bait table, swim ladder, grill, central A/C, nice size elevated deck, private guest bedroom entrance, covered parking, kayaks, wireless internet and covered downstairs patio. Christmas and New Years require a 5 day minimum rental period.
