Use of the downstairs locking enclosure, the 350# per day commercial ice maker and large chest freezer is available for guests. Being an oversized lot, there is more room to enjoy the outdoors, with a spacious side yard garden oasis, surrounded by tropical oversized planters to add privacy, while at night, lounge around and view the stars and moon under the clear night sky. Share a cocktail or two with your friends at the “Tipsy Turtle Bar” downstairs. High speed internet and cable tv installed and also wired for Direct TV. Just bring your direct TV box(s) to enjoy all your programming from home. Walk or drive to The Square Grouper without ever getting on U.S.1.
