Welcome to this Super Cute, Super Clean Key West style Cottage! The decorating is spot on with custom paint inside and out. Living area adorned with solid wood vaulted ceiling with massive wooden beams for a look like no other. The living room has a queen sleep couch with a matching love seat in a Funky Florida print. Let’s not forget the large flat screen TV with expanded television service plus private wireless internet, and a door wall to your water view and access. Also water side with the vaulted ceiling is the spacious gourmet stocked kitchen surrounded with handmade Cypress cabinets, Granite countertops, dishwasher, inside Tiki bar area, I pod docking station, and a bar height counter with 4 stools for indoor dinning. The kitchen sink is beneath a 10 ‘bank of windows with the breathtaking view making food prep and clean up enjoyable. Coffee makers are one regular and one single Keurig maker. If you have time to sleep, the master has a queen bed & with a 1/2 bath en suite. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds, trundle bed style. Each bedroom with vaulted ceilings, built in shelving, Flat screen TV’s and a closet each. The bathroom too has a vaulted ceiling, with a wooden beam. There is a spacious vanity with double sinks plus a 7' long shelf over it, including several baskets leaving guests plenty of space for their toiletries and towel hooks galore. There is a full size bathtub with shower. All new AC system featuring Mitsubishi Mini-Split units.
Speaking of LOCATION, of course we have a 10’ X 35’ seawall but, best of all, it’s just one house from that open water. Climb down the swim ladder for a swim or a relaxing kayak trip in the sparking warm/clean turquoise water. The deck is outfitted with a lounge chair, table with benches for outside dining pleasure and a little deck for Happy Hour. Take a late afternoon break from the fun in the sun in the shady secluded back patio surrounded with tropical foliage for privacy.
Calling all Fishermen/Divers! Along with boat dockage, this cottage has dock post, cleats, water, power and let us not forget, immediate access to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico and a short ride to the spectacular reef at Looe Key. The complex has a marine/convenience store, free boat ramp, gas dock, fish cleaning area and super cool, a free power wash station when you pull the boat out.
Amenities include, outdoor seating, grill, bikes, kayak, a dock box with bait freezer, swim noodles, bag chairs and a spare cooler. There is a bathhouse yards away with additional restrooms and showers.
And last, but not least, Key West is 20 minutes away!
